Lights out...
Almost sleeping...
'Barb, did we put the "ark of the covenant" inside before we came up for the night', whispered Kim.
'No I'll go down there with you,' Barb says.
Ellie breaks in, 'did you all see that? It's a glow in the dark bug flying around in here.'
Long story short... Ended up doing a little spy mission to find it (never did).
Slowly crawled out of bed (because this bug may attack at any moment), went down and put the 'ark' away, stopped in the office to confirm possible flying bug... LOTS OF LAUGHTER from the front desk people (yes we are a bunch of silly peeps)
Came back up, said 'sure hope the bug is gone' and closed our eyes again! And we slept... Until the morning!
Low and behold... Barb took her shower and there the culprit lay on the floor of the shower! We all looked at it, took a pic of it, Barb picked it up with a wash cloth, and threw it outside to live another day... And perhaps scare the willies out of someone else's cabin! 🙂
Isn't it gross!!!!
Now it's off to breakfast and to church!
