1. Breakfast: hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese, toast and banana bread
2. Great mass and spectacular set up for the puppets and video!!! Kids were completely floored I think... Not sure how many of them have seen a movie before...
3. Lunch: beef stew type beef, rice and beans and coleslaw
4. Awesome afternoon of activities!!! Very interesting going from dealing with 500+kids for 2 days and not even working with the whole school to a whole school of a little over 300
5. Came back and CHOOSE to take a cold shower. Truly don't think I've ever enjoyed a shower more. Felt like steam was coming off of me!!!
6. Dinner: (fav so far) chicken cordon blue,steamed veggies and twice baked potatoes.... Lemon merengue pie for dessert.
7.Fr Chi and the 2 seminarians joined us for dinner and our session tonight. Mateo announced he was accepted to the Semibary in St Louis for the fall!!!
8. Literally have burning eyes I'm so tired... These seemed to be getting shorter, but I promise to add more later and resend the update.
